|Recommended: YesClean and Cute — This building is very fun with its decorations, activities it offers, location, and people that live there Overall, I really enjoyed living here and never had many issues with the building, the room, or the staff. Staff is very easy going and accommodating. Some rooms look well-lived in, while others look more updated clean. Appliances and utilities were very dependable. Wi-fi was somewhat dependable. I also love the outdoor area with the grill, bonfire, and table--they should expand it more
|Recommended: NoIt's fun and Covinient — It is clan a neat in the common areas. The amenities are also very nice. And I don't have to worry about many things.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely beautiful place to live — Very professional employees whom also are students that works in the building. Cozy, comfortable, and friendly people throughout the Campus
|Recommended: YesImproving — The new maintenance actually gets their job done right and the rest of staff is super friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it's not worth the price when the wifi is slow and spotty and the walls are super thin.

|Recommended: YesNice but average — good for short term housing but no real cabinet or counter space. not much to do within walking distance. Staff are really friendly and the building is kept clean.
|Recommended: YesGood — Nice for college students and interns. Maybe a little bit too expensive for a college budget. A lot better than most apartments in town.
