Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?
Yes, we welcome cats!
Pet fees:
• $250 security deposit (refundable)
• $30/month pet rent
• $150 fine for not cleaning up after your pet

24/7!
Are there building quiet hours?
Yes, Sun - Thu 10pm-7am and Fri - Sat 12am-7am

What is the policy for guest parking?
Guests may temporarily park in the resident lot and not the guest parking if they are visiting. This does not include overnight guests who must be moved before towing hours.
What is the parking situation?
There is free parking but you have to register your vehicle on the resident portal
Is there a fee or permit required for parking?
No but if winter parking rules are not followed then there will be a fine or the car will get towed
Is parking assigned?
Not at this time
What decorations or changes to the apartment are prohibited?
We do not allow candles to be used in apartments
What is the proceedure for moving out?
Complete the move out checklist in the resident portal
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, $100,000 liability is required and your policy can be on your parent's insurance plan or your own.
What leasing options are available?
We offer 3, 7, and 12 month leases, less than 10 months may be an option for interns.
What are your application requirements?
Residents must have no criminal history and 3x the amount of rent for monthly income
How much is the security deposit?
Security Deposits are equal to one month's rent with a qualifying application. Conditional approval may be two months rent.
How much of the security deposit is refundable?
All of it unless there are any damages or repairs
Is there an application fee?
Yes, currently it is $25.
Are there Qualifications - income, credit history checks, criminal history, rental history, etc.?
Yes, based on credit history, no misdemeanor, felonies, or no evictions.
Can I apply online?

What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?
Security deposit, first months rent, and utilities
Do I have to pay first & last month's rent upfront?
Just the first month's rent.
How can I pay my rent? What forms of payment are acceptable?
Checks are made out to Vue Campus or on our website using a bank account or credit card.
Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?
Late fee is assessed at midnight on the 5th of the month

The 1st of every month
Are utilities included?
Utilities are $50 a month which includes all utilities
Are the apartments furnished? What is included?
Yes! We include a couch, chair, kitchen table with chairs, bed, desk with chair, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, washer and dryer, plus a 2 drawer dresser.
Are there any bed restrictions for the apartments?
We include a Twin XL size bed.
Do you have items I can rent?
We have storage closets available for rent.
Are corporate rentals available?
Yes! Please contact our leasing office for details and information.
Under what circumstance can a landlord terminate your lease?
In the rare circumstances of not following property rules or not paying rent.
Are there any fees associated with moving in or moving out?
When moving in, there is the security deposit, first months rent, and utilities
What are the occupancy limits?
The limits are 4 for quads and 2 for studios
What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?
Early move-outs are permitted provided the resident finds a subletter and pays the $1,500 buy-out fee.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes! If you're looking for a roommate to share a 4-bedroom apartment, we offer roommate matching services. Our team will work to pair you with compatible residents based on lifestyle preferences and schedules. Contact our leasing office to learn more about the roommate matching process.
What property amenities are included?
Fitness center, theater room, common area, study rooms, conference room, and computer room!
Do you have free internet/WiFi?
Internet is included in $50 utility fee
What internet service options are available?
Guest Wifi and each resident gets their own password for the resident wifi
Do you have cable?
Yes!
Can I reserve your community room?
Absolutely!
Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?
No, but packages are kept on the counter inside our building.
Is storage included?
No but we do have storage closets for rent
Do apartments have dishwashers?
Yes!
Does the apartment come with a microwave?
Absolutely!
Are stoves gas or electric?
Currently, they are gas.
Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?
Absolutely!
What floor plans do you offer?
We offer studio, 1-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments. Whether you need your own space or plan to share with roommates or colleagues, we have options to fit your needs.
Are apartments furnished?
Yes! All units come fully furnished and move-in ready, including:
Living Room: Sofa, coffee table, end table, and flat-screen TV
Bedroom(s): Bed with mattress, desk and chair, dresser, and storage
Kitchen: Full appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave), dining table
Additional: In-unit washer and dryer
Do you offer short-term leases?
Yes! We offer flexible lease terms designed for interns, traveling professionals, corporate relocations, and temporary assignments. Lease options range from 3 months to 12 months depending on your needs.
